offer you a single-step method for punching and forming
threads. Dayton Thread Form works by punching the hole,
lancing the material, and cutting a helical spiral in
the material to form the proper thread helix for the
desired type of metal screw. Thread Form creates a
complete self-locking fastening system that holds the
screws more tightly with metal tension - thereby
reducing vibration, cutting assembly costs, and
increasing productivity.

Reversible Change Retainers
Dayton Progress introduces Reversible Change Retainers
for Ball Lock punches. These are unique air-cylinder
type change retainers that give you the ability to
change hole-punching patterns quickly. The punch holder,
located inside the retainer, can be easily removed and
reversed.
This innovative design allows a variety of
punch configurations. This flexibility can help lower
